How it makes money
One fee per completed order, from 30p to 99p depending on the order value, and never more than 99p. No monthly fee, no commission, no contract. A restaurant's first 10 orders are free. Card processing is Stripe's, paid to the restaurant's own account, not ours.
How it is built
The assistant
OpenAI GPT-4o models, acting only through checked steps. Totals and receipts are produced by the software, and every reply is checked before it is sent.
The service
A Django service for menus, orders, customers and payments, one database with each restaurant's data kept apart, and Stripe for cards.
WhatsApp
Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, with each restaurant on its own number and signed webhooks.
